Hi,

My name is Xiaofei Han, or just simply call me Faye.
I am a 21-year-old Chinese girl who studys in CU in her second year majoring in Communication Studies. I am searching for a new place to move in on Sep 30/Oct 1.

There's some basic information about me:)
- a 21-year-old Chinese girl, mature and friendly;
- a very serious student who spends lot of time studying in university;
- a nice roommate, who is quiet, easy-going and very clean;
- a good cook, love both Chinese food and western food and rarely burn things;D
- non-smoking/drinking; love cats & dogs;
- be willing to share the house chores with other roommates, such as the cleanning of common area, recycle and so on;
- Books, food & indie music are my top 3 favourite, also love to watch moives when free.

I've been living in my current place for one year, it's a nice place with a kind landlady and sweet roommates. However, it takes me 40 minutes (or even longer) to get to CU. As I will be a overload student from this September (which means I will take 6 courses for each semester), and I will do a volunteer job at the same time. I don't want to spend 1.5 hrs on traffic each day since the schedule will be intensive.Therefore, this location is no longer acceptable for me.


Now I am searching for a new place, there is some expectations about the perspective room:
- One bus to Carleton, within 30 minutes; easy shopping around;
- The house/apt must be clean and well-maintained;
- Female roommates preffered (at least share the bathroom with females only :p) student/professional roommates preffered;
- smoke/party free
- room furnished/non-furnished;
- no bassment pls;
- Lease & rent are negociable;
