Homestay message

My husband and I are looking for a quiet and mature student to share our 3 bedroom suburban townhome. Currently we have one homestay student from Mexico living with us, but he will be returning home at the end of October. We are sad to see him go but look forward to new experiences with a different student. The student would have a private bedroom and a bathroom shared with only one other homestay student, with shared use of the kitchen, laundry, family room, yard, etc. We have two dogs and although we would never expect the student to take care of the dogs for us, we would expect that he or she be kind to them. We are both very friendly and approachable people who have loved opening up our home to international students. Smoking would be allowed outside, but not inside the home.
