Homestay message
Hi
Our home is located close to all the amenities. Walking distance to restaurants, banks, shopping and only a 2 minute walk to a bus shelter. Our backyard opens up onto greenspace. Which means we basically have a 40 acre backyard with a biking/walking path that is street blocks long! It is wonderful to be able to be in the city, and yet be so close to nature.
We are close to Merivale Road and Hunt Club Road which is about a 10 minute bus ride to Algonquin College. About a 40 minute walk to Algonquin College.Tt's about a 30 minutes bus ride to Carleton University. One transfer and you could be downtown in about 35 minutes.
All the meals are provided. You would have to make your own breakfast and lunch but supper is prepared by us, and is usually something homemade from scratch!
When doing your laundry, all the cleaning supplies are available.
Internet access is provided and your room would everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. We want you to feel like part of the family.
