How to qualifiy as a homestay student: international students who take part in summer study abroad programs, student exchange programs, IES abroad initiatives or even just general international student travel qualify. Students of all ages are taking part...high school study abroad courses are becoming more and more common.
Staying with a homestay or host family is a much friendlier (and cost-effective) alternative to a student hotel, short term apartment rentals, bed and breakfast, university housing and hotels. Canadian host families offer a warm environment and an opportunity for practical language practice. Student housing has never been so friendly and accessible.
